... Two young couples (average age:25 years) undertook to give again
life with this old etablishment of the town center. Nothing which surprises
with the first access. The dining room keep a good clacissism. But the
first menu (75 FF midday in week) gives a good outline of the fresh
and skillful kitchen which only requires to be expressed clearly in
the other menus.
